Home Partners provides responsible households a transparent new path to home ownership through its Lease with a Right to Purchase Program.
The program provides three to five years* of rent certainty with an initial financial commitment of just a year. Home Partners is not a homebuilder or mortgage company. It invests in real estate and approves homes for its program based on expected appreciation. A qualifying applicant can choose a home in its price range from all "homes for sale" in an approved community. Home Partners buys the house, then leases it to the consumer. The consumer has the right to buy the house when ready and able, at a price that is pre-established at the outset, and that only increases by a maximum of 5% per year. The monthly rent increases only 3.75% every year, so households know what their rent payments will be for every year they live in the home.
